Entry Requirements
To enrol on the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Preparing to Work in Home Based Childcare (603/3642/0), learners must meet the following criteria:
General Requirements:
Aged 16 years or over
A good standard of written and spoken English
Basic literacy and numeracy skills (Level 2 or equivalent is recommended)
A genuine interest in working with children and young people in a home based setting
Placement Requirement:
There are no formal entry requirements.
