New Beginnings Online Learning College is an innovative, fully online training provider dedicated to offering high-quality, accessible, and flexible courses in Early Years, Education, and Teaching Assistant qualifications.

Our mission is to empower home educators, adult learners, career changers, and school leavers to start a new chapter through accredited, affordable online learning that can support them into employment or further education.

We combine experienced tutors, assessors, and IQAs, modern e-learning technology, and personalised learner support to create a welcoming and effective learning environment for all. To ensure quality and authenticity, early years and TA courses include in-person observations, allowing learners to demonstrate their competence in real settings.

An overview from the Director…

As a parent, I understand first-hand the importance of accessible, flexible learning options—particularly for those juggling education with family life. This lived experience informs the college’s learner-centred, compassionate approach to online education.

Academically, I hold a degree in Early Childhood and Education and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), providing a solid foundation in both subject knowledge and pedagogical practice. These qualifications are complemented by several years of experience working in Further Education and Training, where I have successfully delivered a range of courses to diverse learner groups including home educated children, adult returners, school leavers, and those requiring additional support.

Throughout my career, I have developed and delivered accredited programmes in Early Years, Education, Teaching Assistant Training, and Functional Skills, aligning perfectly with the college’s core course offerings. As both a qualified assessor and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), I personally ensure that courses meet the highest professional standards, while also offering direct support to learners and centres.

My passion lies in helping learners unlock their potential, often starting from a place of low confidence or limited prior success. This commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive, and career-relevant education is at the heart of the New Beginnings ethos.

Drawing on this wealth of personal and professional experience, I am now focused on building an online learning platform that is both rigorous and supportive—empowering learners to achieve qualifications that open doors to new careers, brighter futures, and ultimately, a new chapter in learning.
