This qualification includes the following mandatory units -
CL2A4 Accident prevention and fire safety when babysitting (L/502/6961)
CL2A5 Caring for young children in a babysitting environment (R/502/6962)
Learners can then choose one of the following optional units -
CL2A3 Craft activities with young children (J/502/6960)
CFC 9 Respecting and valuing children (M/601/0116)
Entry Requirements
To enrol on the NCFE CACHE Level 2 Award in Babysitting (600/0420/4), learners must meet the following criteria:
General Requirements:
Aged 14 years or over
A good standard of written and spoken English
An interest in working with children and young people
Placement Requirement:
There are no formal entry requirements.
