Entry Requirements

To enrol on the Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment (601/6089/5), learners must meet the following criteria:

General Requirements:

  • Aged 19 years or over

  • A good standard of written and spoken English

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills (Level 2 or equivalent is recommended)

  • A genuine interest in the role of an assessor

Placement Requirement:

As part of this role you will need to have access to two learners to demonstrate your competence for this course.
